This spring BMW is going to release the new high performance car – the 2017 BMW M3 Competition Package. It will come with many differences compared to standard model.

It will come with sporty design changes and improved performance – power boost, adaptive suspension, sport seats, exhaust system and new exterior trim.
2017 BMW M3 Competition Package redesign
Eye-catching exterior trim is enhanced by the black painted kidney grille and black chrome four tailpipes with the M sports exhaust system. Exclusively for this package this M3 runs on 20-inch M alloy wheels with multi-spoke 666 M styling. The performance tires are sized up to 265/30ZR-20 on front wheels and 285/30ZR-20 on the rear wheels. Just like the regular M3 this model also comes with Adaptive full LED headlamps with automatic High-beam Assistantce.
For better handling and performance there is Adaptive M Suspension. This package includes new dampers, springs and anti-roll bars and it also includes three driving modes: Comfort, Sport and Sport+). On the rear axle you can find reconfigured Active M Differential in order to pair with upgraded dynamic features.

When we talk about interior of the new BMW M3 2017 there are just few changes with Competition Package. Main change is special sports lightweight M style seats which combine comfort for long journeys with excellent support for hard driving. 2017 BMW M3 Competition Package specs and price
This 2017 BMW M3 with Competition Package comes with enhanced dynamics compared to the regular model. Under the hood of this model comes inline-6 engine with TwinPower Turbo technology. This turbocharged engine produces 450 horsepower (331 kW) and 406 lb-ft (550 Nm) of torque and it is coupled with 6-speed manual transmission as standard. Optional gearbox is 7-speed automatic with double-clutch technology.
With 19 HP bump it has better performance which means that M3 with Competition package reaches 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.0 seconds with 7-speed M Double Clutch gearbox while with manual gearbox it reaches same speed in 4.2 seconds. When it comes to fuel consumption it has combined fuel economy rated at 27 mpg (8.8 l/100km) with manual gearbox and 28 mpg (8.3 l/100km) with automatic transmission.

The release date for all 2017 BMW M3 models with special Competition Package is available from spring 2016. On base price buyers should add $5,500 more for this package and they get improved dynamics and sporty personality.
