New Cadillac Escalade 2017 specs
As it has been mention at the beginning, the new Cadillac Escalade 2017 will come with the very powerful engine which is carryover from its predecessor. Under the hood it will have 6.2-liter V-8 engine which is capable to generate up to 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. It will be matted with the 8-speed automatic transmission with TapShift control. All Escalade models will be available with 4-wheel drive system with an Auto mode with automatic activation / deactivation.
The towing capacity should stay at the same figures and its maximum values will be rated around 8,300 pounds. For better fuel economy this engine will come with Active Fuel Management for deactivation of cylinders. Fuel economy will be pretty high and it will be rated around 15 mpg in city and 22 mpg on the highway.
